• $10 shipping fee for orders below $100.

1. Multiple Items in One Order

We strive to ship all items together, but they may arrive separately depending on the shipping options available. You will receive a shipping notification for each item.

2. Changing Shipping Address

We cannot change the shipping address once the product has been shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Note that any order cancellations made after 24 hours will incur return shipping charges.

3. Received Wrong Product

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours of placing them or if they have not yet been shipped.

For orders that have already been shipped, we accept free returns, but the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
